Description: My dad bought this for me. I think he got it at an estate sale, but I'm not positive. This book is in excellent condition for being from 1926. The only issue is at the beginning of the book the one page is separating from the spine. I didn't tape it because I thought the person buying it may know how to fix it in a better way. I tried to take pictures to show the book from all angles. It was inscribed by the original owner of the book as seen in a photo. This has been stored in a smoke free home. I've seen this copy in this condition priced as high as $150. If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing because I do not accept returns. Thank you for looking.
