Description: Lords of Dixieland (led by Jazz trumpet player Don Goldie) LP: St. Louis Blues -Jazz Forum Records Comments: I am unable to determine the release date of this record. Record Condition: VG for the eyes; VG+ or better for the ears. Glossy but there are numerous light scuffs and handling marks. The labels look great. Plays with excellent fidelity and is a great listen. Overall the record surface noise is mild and the music prevails. There is a surface scuff patch in the first song on side one that can be heard as a light swoosh with each revolution throughout. There are a few light ticks heard here and there. Although not perfect, the record really does play well with fantastic sound. Mild record surface noise is mostly drowned out and does not interfere with enjoyment the songs. Jacket Type and Condition: Standard LP jacket with shrink wrap still attached. There is some wear along the opening edge and a small dent at lower right corner. The shrink wrap has some marks / dust accumulation but it looks like it has protected the jacket surfaces well.Inner Sleeve Type and Condition: Paper inner sleeve that seems like it is coated for smoothness. There is some jagged wear along the opening edge. The inner sleeve has yellowed significantly except for two squares where the corners were folded over.
