She does not come with a sequins packet but in my observation she is in good condition with no issues., however the sewn in MD label is partially detached on one side. Zippers work and no rips or tears or stains. I do not think this exact gown is on the MD website in this color but something similar is there. This style is available through boutiques at $498. The stock photo shown do reflect the way the dress fits but the color is more nude like in the picture of this actual dress. I think this dress is actually more beautiful then the way It appears in the stock photos for it.
