It is a magazine that covers scale model railroading in 1:48. It contains modeling articles, mostly 2-rail but sometimes a little 3-rail thrown in. Lots of B&W pictures and drawings in any given issue. Even a track plan now and again. Some issues have a mailing label on the cover (that's how they mailed them in those days) but I've digitally "whited out" the name for the listing. They are in good condition, except for maybe shelf wear. Check the picture.
