The previous owner hot-glued these to the bases and the wire stands (and sometimes the ball to the figure's hands). I've tried to remove as much as I could in the time I had (I have hundreds of figures to list and can only spend so much on each figure) so if you find a small bit that I've missed it's very easy to remove.
