This is a complete set of nine (9) the Type I variety (34 loops) with an added 15c value of Type III (32 loops) -- what makes it unusual is that the set is in very fine mint, never hinged condition. The 2022 Scott catalog value is $168.20 as unused previously hinged, they are not priced in mint NH condition, a conservative estimate is the price is doubled.
