Description: This listing is for a 9-club set of antique vintage hickory shafted clubs from the 1920's. All were made by Wright&Ditson from their St Andrews model. Included with their play specs are a Mid iron 38 1/4" length 26* Loft and C 7 swingweight, another Mid iron 37 1/2" 15* C 2, a Mashie 371/2" 34* D 1, another Mashie 36 3/4" 37* C 6, a Niblick 36 1/4" 53* D 6, a Putter 35 1/4" C 9, a Driver 34 1/2" 8* C 9, a Brassie 43" 12* C 1 and a Spoon 42" 14* C 1. Also included is a collapsible canvas bag. The bag is dirty and stained and shows wear and tear. The clubs are in good display condition. They are clean and not all rusted or cracked. The grips are all long leather wraps that are pretty much intact and appear original. Please be sure and look at the multiple zoom pictures for a better idea of condition. They are an important part of this listing. Not sure why the owner added the black and blue colored paint on the shafts unless he thought it was decorative. Shipping in the US is calculated for this item and based on a 15-pound 48x9x9 box. This box is oversized and expensive because of the bag. If you don't want the bag, I can fit the clubs in a much smaller box and the shipping will be less. The closer you are to me in NC (27712 zip) the less shipping will be. This is the way the carriers work and unfortunately shipping has become more expensive recently. On top of that, most buyers don't realize that eBay takes almost 15% of what I receive as stated shipping (out of $10 I only receive $8.50). Because of the high value there is a handling fee.
