Description: Nicholas Mosse' Pottery Old Rose 4 InchFooted Bowl-Excellent Condition! Up for sale in this auction is a pretty floral pottery bowl from Nicholas Mosse' Pottery. Made in Ireland. I believe the pattern is "Old Rose". The bowl measures just under 4 inches across. It is excellent condition with no chips, cracks, paint damage or repairs. Has some light surface crazing as is typical of pottery of this type and vintage. Marked on the bottom with the maker's information. *There is what appears to be a very tiny nick or glaze pop on the outer rim. It appears to be under the glaze and is likely to have occurred during manufacture. Nothing detracting at all-I only mention it to be totally accurate in my description. Check out the last photo for a close up. *The photo that shows the inside of the bowl has a light area around the flower-this is just a reflection from the light-the pottery color is all the same yellow ware.
