Description: Item pictured is the actual item you will receive. I never use stock photos. Magazine shows some wear, but is still in decent overall condition, especially considering its age. No torn or missing pages, but the center page has become detached at one of the staples. It has a slight musty smell (in case you're sensitive to such things). This was part of a collection that was purchased from an estate, where they had been stored in a basement for decades. Magazine doesn't have any water or mildew damage (aside from some rust on the staples). I'm sure it will probably air-out over time.
