Works the same as the optical sensor from Neptune Systems. This sensor plugs into your FMM and, using reflected infrared light, will signal your Apex when it changes state from being wet to dry or dry to wet These sensors are close when they are dry and open when they are wet. Comes with silicone washer and lock nut.
