The plate features a thick blue band around the perimeter that is sandwiched between two subtle thin black trims. This line of china was produced in Italy between 1998-2000. The platter has been previously used and does have some surface scratches and abbrasions. A beautiful quality piece with a nice weight of over 2.5 lbs. Plate can be used for many purposes and offerings due to its large size!
