International orders are welcome (except France), but I have no control over the price because it is handled by the eBay international shipping program. I ship it to a hub in the United States and they handle everything from there. So far I have not been made aware of any problems with items I sold through this problem. If there is a problem, please contact me because I can get eBay to assist. The reason I'm so cheap is I discovered some duplicates that were never opened or removed from the original shipping box. Stored in a climate controlled room with nothing heavy stacked on it. I'm slowly thinning out the collection and I'm only saving 1 copy. This is my last duplicate so get it while you can.
