Description: This is a pair of hand painted W A Pickard salt and Pepper shakers with 22K Gold tops and embellishments. They were made in the porcelain factories of Limoges, France and imported as blanks by the Pickard Company where they were hand painted and then sold. The company was founded in 1893 in Wisconsin and still exists today in the United States and is know for its beautiful designs and porcelain dinnerware.
