THE SECOND SHOWS A MODERN COAL TIPPLE, LOADER AND GRADER OPERATION. These postcards are in unused, pristine ... near mint/mint ... condition, direct from the Curt Teich Archives. Also ... they are Rare. Only two similar cards from Hazard have been available / sold in the past dozen years. One sold on March 28, 2011. The other sold on August 7, 2020. The cards have been in our possession for approximately 15+ years ... long before the Curteich digitally archived images found their permanent home with The Newberry Institute. At the time of our acquisition, the Lake County Discovery Museum in IL was the custodian of the company's records, having served in that capacity since 1982. We ship weekdays with the exception of US federal holidays. We will ship with either free shipping or calculated shipping ... it depends on the given scenario.
