Description: RARE Pair (2) Antique /Vintage 20" Apothecary Pharmacy Glass Jar. Were either used in an old Drug Store in the Pharmacy or for Candy at the Soda Fountain. These large storage/display jars are marked Ginger Root & Sassafras have been in our family since the 1960's. They most likely date from the 1930s-1940s, but definitely pre-1960 when Sassafras was banned for use by the FDA. They are great for display or retail use. No chips or cracks, excellent. Sold as is!
