RARE Christmas Prop From TV Commercial Rankin Bass Style Reindeer Stop Motion

Description: Here is a very rare, unique and cool piece, not only for the holidays, Christmas fans, Rudolph The Red nose Reindeer, Rankin Bass, Stop Motion Animation fans, but Hollywood TV screen used prop collectors as well. This is a one of a kind prop. Made for a television commercial for Groupon in 2022. Groupon's 2022 Holiday campaign titled: The Holiday Unicorn: Bring Back Holiday Magic. A commercial that can be seen on YouTube still about a unicorn that meets up with the reindeer and goes on an adventure. It was a commercial spot design to look like the old Rankin Bass Rudolph The Red nose Reindeer Christmas special from 1964. It was designed / created by Screen Novelties in Los Angelas California. The same company that did the remake / remaster of the original special in 2006. These look just like those originals because they remade the original right down to the mohair fur used, wireframe body forms, big eyes and classic color scheme. Each reindeer measuring about 4" H x 2" W x 4 D. There are 6 reindeer pulling a sleigh and linked together. It's a very large piece measuring 41" long x 12.5" wide x 12" tall. The sleigh and reindeer are mounted to a wood platform that is seated in a plastic frame and covered in a clear plexiglass housing cover that can be removed. It weighs about 5 pounds. This prop is very fragile as the frame and housing are lightweight materials. The actual stop motion characters are Styrofoam filled with a wire frame and mohair covered. Each one unique and all handmade. If you are looking for a rare, unique, iconic Christmas display piece, this is it! You won't find another one like it. Ultra rare. It's in excellent shape. The characters still move and can be posed. No rot, mold, bug damage or sun fade. Shipping is possible, but prefer local pick up due to its fragility.
