These knobs have a 1/2" shaft on the bottom that goes down into the dehydrator to fit over the metal "D" shaped shaft on the dehydrator dial. This is not an original OEM part, it is a compatible replacement part that fits these models of dehydrators. It fits correctly and works just the same as the original part, but it looks different than the original. Please see the photos for how it looks when installed on the dehydrator.
