The black painted finish has been refreshed at some point in its history and looks good, with just small rubs and marks (nothing notable). Each uses one standard-base light bulb up to 60 watts since the globes are enclosed, or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light. Light bulbs not included.
