Description: This beautiful dress is new with tags. All the flowers on the dress are velvety. The black fabric in between is semi sheer. The dress is lined down from the shoulders to about the hips in front. In the back, it is lined from about the waist to about the hips. So pretty! The dress zips on the side. It has a tie for around the waist. In the 5th picture you can see that the sleeves are split and open. Please notice in the last picture that the dress has a very high slit up the front on left side. Please compare the following measurements to a dress you currently wear: Armpit to armpit – 15” Flat waist – 12.5” (Will stretch a bit) Shoulder to hem – 58” How do I measure? (All items are measured without stretching the item and are approximate measurements.) Armpit to armpit – Straight across the front from end of armpit to end of armpit. Flat waist – Straight across the waist area on the front of the dress. Shoulder to hem – From the top of shoulder to bottom of hem. Measured on front of item. If you purchase an item that is new with tags from me, I will only accept a return if the tags are still attached and the item has not been worn.
