The cover of the box states that it has brass hardware and a needle as part of the kit. I did not find those. I did find all the leather pieces (still smell great!, some fading as shown in photo #7), the zipper, the snap key holder (which I believe is the strip of leather), the leather lacing, and the instructions with tooling patterns. But on the inside instructions (photo #15) it does not mention the brass hardware in the list of contents, so all I am really sure that is missing is the needle, which is easy to replace. It also has a little water spotting to the top of the box. If you enjoy leather crafting, you may have some brass hardware around to secure the strap handles.
