They are in good used condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, stains, hard water spots, or dishwasher etching. There are some minor marks from use, handling and storage and some noticeable manufacturing marks (dirt and small dark spots) in and under the glaze--most noticeable on the rim of one of the plates. Overall they display wonderfully and I'd rate them 8.5+ out of 10 for vintage tableware. These plates are coming from a smoke- and pet-free home.
