Description: DESCRIPTION: Vintage Silvered Copper Reef Angel Fish Applique Cover on Oak Wood Oval Trinket Box. Wonderful Oak box with an inlaid layer of darker wood. The cover is an oval sheet of copper that has an applique of a tropical reef angel fish with sea anemone strands radiating out from behind him. Some of the applique is engraved and some silvered. Some of the background is blackened. The cover does not appear to be the original cover and the wood has a stud sticking up that keeps it from lying absolutely flat.
