Morris Topchevsky was a WPA era artist and knew/studied with Diego Rivera. Great skillful artist of his day. You can find his info on the web and such. Sold as is, as pictured. We will include the frame and glass free of charge, but no warranty for shipping. This drypoint and a few others were part of my father's Social Realism movement art collection. This work is done by an artist that is in a number of important collections including the Chicago Art Institute, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and more.
