Description: It's missing the belt but all belt loops are still intact. It also has a small section of fabric torn off from the inner fabric at the top of the zipper. This does not affect the performance of the garment (see photos #6 and #7 for examples of this). Other than that it has some minor pilling/scuffs and some of the hook-and-loop fasteners have lost some of their material. Still lots of life in this. The ends of the inner legs are elastic. There are lots of pockets. There is a hood that can fold up into the collar when not in use. It's meant to grow with your kid but the sleeves and the legs have already been let out to their longest supports. Please see all 21 photos for examples of condition. It is labeled little kids size 3 but all brands size differently so please see the last 3 photos for actual measurements to help with sizing before buying.
