Description: Raised Relief design of a building and words “State Capitol Lincoln Neb” on the bowl. This is the old capitol building before 1922. The handle is raised relief and has the State Seal, Cow, Corn, word Nebraska, flowers and a vegetable. The back of the spoon is marked Sterling and has the Mechanic (Watson) maker mark. The back of the handle has a teepee, canoe, axe, paddle, and some other objects. Some surface scratches and tarnish from age. (S173 location).
