The gimmick built into the right arm no longer functions (though from memory, even out of the package it didn't). The product is a Takara Transformers Beast Wars Returns Noble Savage action figure released in 2000. It is a loose complete figure that features transforming abilities. The character is from the Beast Machines TV show and is part of the Beast Changer series. The figure is part of the Transformers franchise and was produced by Hasbro.
