This is a signed limited edition / numbered lithograph signed by the late Ted Crane. It is number 246 of 600 printed. It's in good condition. I will send it to you with or without the matting (your choice). The matting has some discoloration and damage around the edges (please see photos). This is a large beautiful lithograph that would be a lovely addition to any collection. The lithograph measures 22" wide x 15 3/4" tall The matting measures 28" wide x 22" tall The late Ted Crane (Nov 18, 1929 - Jan 22, 2013) was an architect that became an artiest and created beautiful portraits of landmark buildings and locations in southern California and Hawaii. His work also included many Universities within the US. Crane worked with pen, ink, & watercolor and sold lithographs of his pen-and-ink watercolor drawings for many years at the Orange County Fairgrounds Swap Meet in Southern California. He also had a gallery and studio located in Costa Mesa California.
