It has a printed signature of Lenny Dee on the front and a graphic of him playing the organ with a Decca record on his head like a hat. Menu is quite clean, especially on the inside. The den opened in 1967 and operated thru the 1970's. No rips or tears. A little bit of soiling. Measures: 9" x 6". The menu wouldn't quite fit on my scanner, hence the 2 different scans of the inside. Back is blank.
