Description: This is a sealed copy of The Tick for the Sega Genesis graded at WATA 8.0, B+. There are only THREE graded copies of this game on WATA's June 2023 population report graded at any condition, with only one WATA 9.4 copy and the other copy also being an 8.0 box grade. Accordingly, this game is one of the best condition copies of this game in existence. This is an extremely important game in relation to the iconic comic franchise and television show, including as a great parody of super hero comic books. The game itself is excellent with strong side-scrolling beat-em-up combat. It is an essential item for comic book collectors and for the Sega Genesis generally. Along with the parallel Super Nintendo release, there are no other The Tick games ever released on any platform. I tried to show all angles of the game in the photos. The material defects with the box are at the bottom of the box as depicted in the last few photos, with the front bottom left corner having some creasing / crushing of the box. The base of the box is bent inwards as depicted. The corners are in pretty good condition, albeit not immaculate like the front top right corner. The seal is close to A grade condition, with the main defect being a variety of bubbling of the seal that can be seen on the front of the box. There are a few other superficial dinks on the seal of the front of the box. The WATA case itself is in excellent condition.
