Description: This is a card stating that there will be a minimum charge. This is from the historic club Troika in Washington DC in the 1940s. This card was brought back by a service man who had the opportunity to visit the club, which was a popular place for high ranking military officials and diplomats at the time. The card is stained, but is in pretty good shape for its age. It will come shipped, slabbed in cardboard for protection.
