The print is very large and recipes are very easy to read, and there's a beautiful color photo with each recipe. This book is in very good condition - looks like it was never used. The covers are fully intact with only minor scuffing and wear around the edges. The binding is tight, no torn or loose pages. The pages are super clean - no stains, tears, or printing. The Ghiradelli Chocolate Cookbook - Recipes and History from America's Premier Chocolate Maker: Published in 2007 by the Ten Speed Press, photographed by Leigh Beisch. This one has not been used - you can tell by the extremely tight binding. The photographs are spectacular - so bright, vivid and appealing that you want to run into the kitchen and start baking right away.
