TOPPS 1977 Star Wars #207 Trading Card Used C-3P0 Goldenrod

Description: A brief unsolicited history of Star Wars and "me"; I experienced "A New Hope" at the Mann National Twin theater when I was 5.3 years old. By the end of 1983, I had almost every action figure available with both carrying cases, very few ships or play sets because I was poor. I also got some cards from my Grandma. I begged my Dad, who I ended up living with, to not cut HBO, as I was sure the movies would eventually finally appear on Television. By 1986, I was completely uninterested in Star Wars and completely interested in creating punk rock music and video games. When Star Wars finally appeared on TV, I felt kind of cheated, but also thankful that I was able to establish belief in my own magic, rather than the "industrial light and..." kind so much.AS for the card, I remember it being kind of a strange curiosity - knowing even then that someone, somewhere had flubbed the print; either that or Anthony Daniels just REALLY enjoyed playing C-3P0! The card is in good shape! No wrinkles. The corners look ok! I'll send it along in a nice plastic card box that snaps. I need the revenue for this card so I can continue to create physical media (video game music), so please don't hesitate to take this errant slab of droid-gratuity off my hands! Enjoy the golden rod!
