Crafted with precision and care, as this was the first year of the Eric Johnson Signature guitar and they were built essentially by the the custom shop team builders making sure the guitars were up to Eric Johnson specifications until they turned it over to the Fender production team by the 2nd year of production,The neck this guitar came off of is part of the first Artist Series Eric Johnson signature guitar collection and comes with a matching neck plate from 2005 and new set of Fender Staggered tuners. The guitar neck features a one piece Quartersawn Maple Stratocaster Neck and is made in Corona California and will be literally (20 years old) a vintage neck in (2025) is nearly perfect none of the nitrocellulose finish is worn from the neck with only slight wear on the frets for any player who wants that unique neck for their guitar build that only comes with a high-quality guitar neck.
