The hat is a veiled Vintage off white straw Fascinator/ Cocktail. I've sewn the base into shape and has been molded to fit her head. Decorated with a spray of Vintage flowers in silk, cloth, and velvet with a velvet bow, and rhinestone accents. I used Vintage silk veiling. Held in place with a hat pin, but it will rest nicely without. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
