Description: This is a very rare motion light sign. Works as shown in video. Clock needs new battery. The clock hands are not original, but you can change them with any hands you want. As you will see in the pictures, there are holes in the sign that we duct taped over. The holes are from hanging it. It is not on a visible side so you cannot see it if it is hanging. The red frame on the bottom has a couple cracks and it lifts up as shown in the picture. We also had to put a little tape on a part of the cord, so no wire was showing. None of these effect the way the sign works. Other than this everything else is good and the sign works! We put it at $650 for somewhere to start price wise
