Description: I am selling a Vintage 1940s Original Bausch + Lomb Aviator/Safety goggles owned by a family member. Metal frame with green lenses, with B+L logo on lenses and etched into cross piece. No scratches on lenses. The glasses have protective side pieces/cups that fold for storage. The only flaw is the right side piece has a ding in the metal and plastic (See photos). Otherwise the goggles are complete with all original parts intact and in good condition: ear pieces/nose pads, and no missing screws or rivets. Natural patina due to age. Includes the original metal case which is rusted on top and missing the protective inner lining. Local Pickup Island of Kauai.
