Description: This listing is for a rare vintage Steffl Keramik Wien Austrian ceramic barrel-style wine jug. It is cast as a single piece of ceramic including the legs. The cork on the top has a round ceramic top and is removable as shown. The spout is made of wood and has a cork base that you can (probably) remove from the barrel. I did not try. The Steffl label is not present but this is a very distinct (and rare) form of theirs, and it was described as Steffl Keramik by the antique store where I bought it some time ago. Measurements: Just over 7" tall (with top plug inserted), 6" long, about 4" wide. Weighs 2.5 pounds. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks noted. Very clean inside and out. Both corks look to be in great shape but I didn't test its ability to hold or dispense liquid. If that's important to you, send me a message.
