A clear bulb and plastic star sit in the middle, and colored lights surround the edges. It does light up and flashes in an erratic pattern - not sure if it is supposed to or not! The plus is stamped Made in Taiwan and is not polarized. Some discoloration to the plastic base and color loss on the bulbs. Overall very good shape. Measures approximately 6.5” in diameter.
