Description: Vintage 1989 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Foot Cruiser. I believe this to be the complete set with the flags, windshield, missiles, and assorted small parts. I'm the original owner and have owned it since 89. It wasn't heavily played with and is in great shape, with some wear and aging. See pics for condition. The wheels are fully functional, still folds in and the side panels still click open and close. The stickers are still fully intact with minor peeling in some spots. The wheels have discolored a bit.
