Description: Vintage 1991 Political Cartoon Bush Budget vs Congress Budget by Calvin Grondahl w/ Inscription. This is a matted, unframed, and plastic sealed political cartoon by Calvin Grondahl. The bottom of the Cartoon has Grondahl - Standard-Examiner NEA and then is inscribed: "To Kevin best wishes Cal Grondahl 91. This item is in really nice condition with a couple of small tears in the plastic on the back. Along the side of the Cartoon is: grafix and then some instructions as to developing the cartoon for publication. The matted size is apx. 15 1/2" wide by 12 1/2" high. Without taking it out of the plastic and matt.....it is difficult to tell how big the actual cartoon piece is. Calvin Grondahl was an editorial cartoonist for the Ogden Standard Examiner and the founding father of Utah and Mormon Cartooning. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
