Description: Beautiful Original Antique Papier Mache China Doll Beautiful china doll from Germany. Very old and delicate. She has a painted face and the tip of her hose is shaved. Beautiful black molded hairdo, head has a hole and I have he pieces. She is stuffed with saw dust and her body has many pin holes. They used pins to attach her clothing. She is wearing a slip, skirt and apron on the bottom and a cotton top trimmed with lace. There is a unique pin that is attached to her top and it says Czechoslovakia; which leads me to believe this doll was from when Germany occupied in the late 1930's. According to the books, I believe she is from an earlier period. Her arms are extremely undefined.
