Description: Vintage Chinese Red Clay Hotpot Steamer with Lion Handles & Chinese Inscriptions This is a lovely Vintage Chinese Red Clay Hotpot Steamer with Lion Handles & Chinese Inscriptions. The piece is a wonderful bisque terracotta color with Chinese inscriptions and lettering encircling the piece. The lid has a wonderful etching of a bird flying around some flowers. It has a top knob handle and two sculpted lion head side handles that resemble foo dogs. The piece measures approximately 10" handle to handle and 5.5" high. The piece does have a hairline crack which is indicated in the last two pictures, but overall, it is in beautiful display condition with no other anomalies. This piece would make a lovely potpourri container or just a lovely display accent in any bohemian environment.
