Description: For sale is a Commander Fm 317 Scanner Radio This is a vintage Commander CMD-190 Scanner Desktop VHF/UHF Scanner / Receiver / Ham radio made by Commander Radio AB ca 1980s. Comes with mounting hardware. The functionality has not been thoroughly tested - I just connected it to a 12 V AC adapter and it looks to be in working condition. All the buttons, controls and lights are working as well as the speaker . It does not come with AC adapter or antenna. I am not the original owner but let me know if you have questions! This is a vintage radio and because of the age and rarity, it is being sold in as-is condition - no warranty or returns! It may need need cleaning & etc TLC. Please study each photograph carefully.
