IT IS MADE BY KIBOUKI. I BELIEVE IT IS CIRCA 1980s. THE OTHER COLLECTIBLE ARE SOME LITTLE MERMAID VALENTINES AND BOX. IT ORIGINALLY CONTAINED 32 VALENTINES AND ENVELOPES, BUT ONLY 13 CARDS AND 11 ENVELOPES ARE LEFT. THEY ARE MANUFACTURED BY GIBSON GREETINGS AND LICENSED BY DISNEY.
