There are buttons inside the neckline and my consignor remembers a white collar(now missing) that was taken off to launder and never returned. Top measures about 22 at the longest center front when flat. Across the chest at underarm level 19 and before it drops down in the center front it's about 17 across. Arm openings are about 8 high.
