Description: Up for bid is a nice, vintage set of Holt Howard salt and pepper shakers. This set features 2 cats, each standing on their own plaid pillow. Each cat is wearing a bow, one of them winking flirtatiously at the other. The set stands 3 5/8" tall. No markings. Excellent used condition. No chips or cracks. Crazing throughout. There are clay pimples and divets, as I've mentioned before, that seem very common to Holt Howard ceramics, but all are under the glaze, so they were there since the set was fired.
