Description: Vintage Mid Century Wooden Carved Nativity Set and Crèche Christmas Manger. Features Mary and Joseph in a Manger with baby Jesus. They are surrounded by a peasant animal herder a donkey and cow. There are 2 little birds in the background. There are 3 wise men and 3 carved trees. Measures approximately 9 3/4”L x 3 1/4”W x 53/4”H Condition (read): there are a couple of repairs. See last 2 pictures for close up. One of the original wisemen was replaced with a cleverly carved peg that is glued in place. He is the middle wiseman. The 3rd wiseman’s head was lost over the years, and somebody replaced it with a head made of clay. One of the trees is loose.
