Vintage Omega Automatic 10K Gold GF Mens Watch 17J Cal. 490 1955

Description: This is a vintage wristwatch dating to about 1955. This is handsome, clean, and in very good condition. The watch runs well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. The case is 10k gold filled and it is about 33mm wide not including the crown. It is about 40mm long to the tips of the lugs. The case has minor wear and a couple of small dings on the back. It would restore nicely if you chose to do so. The movement is a high quality Omega caliber 490 and it has 17 jewels. The band is a new, good quality Handmade Italian Genuine Crocodile on leather strap. The total length of the watch is about 8 1/2 inches. This uses a 16mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is clean and clear and has no scratches. The dial is very nice and is depicted accurately in the pictures. Please see my other listings...I am always listing rare watches and chronographs.
