Union, NJ vintage new in factory sealed box. The box has its shrink wrap on tight with some box crush on one end,the top and Graphics over all are in good condition in a large box 17" x 10" x 3" over 3 lbs. with some very slight shop wear, see the pictures of the box for shop wear.I cannot guarantee all parts are there as it is in factory sealed which I cannot inventory, I assume it to be complete but being sold as is Please look at the pictures to see the conditionwhat you see is what you get!
