You are looking at a somewhat rare and very desirable 1960's era lower Reslo ribbon microphone on / off adapter that was manufactured in London, England. This microphone adapter mounts directly to the bottom of the Reslo mic stand or lower adapter which then gives you to turn your Reslo ribbon mic on and off with ease. THE MICROPHONE STAND AND MICROPHONE SHOWN ARE NOT PART OF THIS SALE AND USED FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY. THE ONLY ITEM FOR SALE IN THIS LISTING IS THE LOWER CHROME ADAPTER WHICH INCLUDES HAS THE BUILT IN ON / OFF SWITCH. This microphone adapter was often seen used WITH the Reslo RBH/T model mic used during live performances. You'll see in pics # 7 & 8 how the mic adapter mounts in between the mic and lower mic adapter adapter. It's just a nice accessory to have as many of the older Reslo mics did not have a built in on / off switch. This adapter solved that issue. The adapter can also be used on several older Reslo ribbon models as well such as the RB and RBH model. This beautiful adapter has it's original satin chrome finish which shows typical lite wear. The Reslo badge shows wear but still looks pretty nice. The on / off switch slides smooth and works perfectly. It's appx 3 1/2 inches tall. The mic adapters physical condition is a true 7 + on a scale of 1 - 10. These Reslo apaters are quite hard to come by and I just never see them for sale. As with all my vintage microphones...
